We serve fantastic slow-brew coffee made from Café Libertad beans. Enjoy it alongside our home-baked signature cake.
We also serve upcycled, good old-fashioned Danish smørrebrød (open-faced sandwiches). Choose from a hearty potato sandwich, a juicy tomato sandwich, or classics like salami or liver pâté with pickles—all on a solid base of dense rye bread. This can be paired with a cold, refreshing Danish beer, a shot of schnapps, or a flavorful soda. For our overnight guests, the kitchen prepares healthy, high-protein, and fiber-rich dinners made from local ingredients. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes from free-range livestock, ensuring there is something for every taste.
We have curated a selection of exciting European organic and biodynamic wines, so we can always find a flavor that perfectly matches your meal.
Because we love putting extra care into our food, dinner must be pre-ordered, even though the cooking is often improvised.
